Oleg was born on June 7, 1970, in Dnepropetrovsk region.

He has a higher education. Oleg majored in Economics and Management in Mining Industry and Geological Prospecting at Dnepropetrovsk Institute of Mines. He graduated from the above institute as planning engineer in 1992. In 2003, Oleg earned his law degree from Yaroslav Mudry National Law Academy of Ukraine.

Since 1993, he has held executive positions in PrivatBank, Credit Dnepr Bank, holding company Teko-Dneprometiz, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, and Ukrainian Insurance Group.

Oleg has been Chairman of Oranta’s Board since April 2004.

Since 2008, Oleg has served as Chairman of Oranta's Supervisory Board and President of IMG holding.

In October 2008, Oleg was awarded the Order of Merit of the third degree by the President of Ukraine for his significant personal contribution to the public policy and high professionalism.

Alexander was born in Kemerovo on March 22, 1963.

He completed a graduate program at Moscow State Open Pedagogical University. Alexander is a Doctor of Philosophy. He taught, worked in state governing bodies, as well as held executive positions in business organizations, where he was in charge of marketing and PR.

Since 2006, he has served as Director of Strategic Development in Eurasia-Ukraine.

Since May 2007, Alexander has been a member of Oranta’s Supervisory Board.

Nikolai was born on May 27, 1971

In 1994, Nikolai graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relations with a degree in economics.

In 1995, he graduated from London School of Economics with a degree in banking and finance and from St Anne's College of Oxford University with an MBA degree.

From 1994 to 1997, Nikolai worked in the State Committee for the Management of State Property of the Russian Federation, Russian Privatization Center, and Moscow branch of Deloitte & Touche.

From 1997 to 2001, Nikolai worked as Director of the Corporate Finance Department at Kazkommеrts Securities.

In 2003-2004, he served as a member of the Board of Khimfarm, Chairperson of the Board of Central Asia Cement, Chairperson and member of the Board of Compass. Nikolai has been President of the venture fund Advant since 2005 and Chairperson of the Board of Visor Investment Solutions since 2001.

In August 2009, he was appointed as First Deputy Chair of the Board of BTA Bank.

Pavel was born on September 20, 1971, in Krivoy Rog.

In 1994, he graduated from the Department of International Economic Relations of Moscow State Institute of International Relations. In 1995, Pavel became a graduate of the London School of Economics. In 1997, he earned his MBA degree from the School of Business of Oxford University

From 1992 to 1996, Pavel worked in Deloitte & Touche as a senior auditor of the Audit Department and then as a senior consultant of the Corporate Finance Department.

From 1997 to 2000, Pavel served as Vice-President of Bankers Trust Company in London

From 2002 to 2004, Pavel worked as Director of the Structured Products Department at Troika Dialog

In 2004, he served as Head of Equity and Structured Products Group, where he was responsible for derivative instruments and structured financing.

In 2006, Pavel was appointed as Head of Structured Transactions Unit of the investment bank Credit Suisse (London- Moscow), where he was responsible for the organization of financing and transactions with derivative instruments for large clients.

Pavel has been responsible for returning assets of BTA Bank (Kazakhstan) since March 2009.

He has been a member of Oranta’s Supervisory Board since October 2009.

Born on April 5, 1976 in Vinnitsa region of Ukraine. In 1998 graduated with honors from the Department of International Economic Relations of Kyiv Institute of International Relations.

Since June 2007 Mr. Dudnik serves as CFO and the Board member of the investment and consulting company “East One”.

From 2004 to 2007 he worked as the Finance Director and later as the Deputy Chairman of the Scientific and Industrial Investment Group "Interpipe.

Mr. Dudnik started his career as the financial analyst in the investment firm TEKT. Later he occupied the position of the senior consultant with the Swiss company “Arthur Andersen AG”.

From 2002 to 2004 he worked as a manager of audit practice and consulting services with the company «Ernst & Young Ukraine».

Mr. Dudnik is a member of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and the Global Association of Risk Professionals.

Currently, Mr. Dudnik is the Board member of “Interpipe Limited” and VSAT "Russia". In 2007 and 2008 he was also a member of the Supervisory Council of "Aerosvit” and “Ukrsotsbank”.

Born on February 22, 1966 in Kiev, Ukraine.

In 1994 Mr. Mokhortov graduated from the Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kiev with the diploma of lawyer, and in 2003 received a degree in Finance from the Institute of Postgraduate Education of Kyiv National University of Technology and Design.

From 1988 to 2000 he worked in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

From 2000 to 2007 Mr. Mokhortov occupied the management positions with "Interpipe” and “Ukrsotsbank”.

Since 2007 Mr. Mokhortov is the Director of Department and Member of the Board of "East One” company.

In August 2010 he was appointed Member of the Supervisory Board, NJSIC Oranta.
