During the first phase of the 8th Rights Issue, which ended on 30/06/2009, 7 500 910 shares in the total amount of UAH 43 880 323.5 were placed among and fully paid by existing shareholders in line with the terms, specified in the Prospectus.
As at 06/07/2009 - the Company has received applications to acquire 102 104 037 shares for the total amount of UAH 597 308 616.45 from the existing shareholders and other investors. It represents 99.53% of the total size of the current Rights Issue.
With regards to these applications, contracts for the sale of 89 104 037 shares in the total amount of UAH 521 258 616.45 were signed, representing 86.86% of the total size of the current Rights Issue.
