Authorized capital

The authorized capital of NJSIC «Oranta» is made up of ordinary nominal shares with nominal value of UAH 5.85 each.

As of year-end 2007 the company had 7,632,000 ordinary shares registered.

In 2008 the company registered two additional share issues:

On March 6, 2008 the renewed state certificate of share issuance registration was obtained for the total amount of 13,618,000 ordinary shares.
On September 11, 2008 the renewed state certificate of share issuance registration was obtained for the total amount of 29,920,000 ordinary shares.
