"Green card" on the grounds of the license from the State Commission on Regulation Markets of Financial Services of Ukraine ¹ 360294, the certificate about associated membership in Motor Insurers` Bureau of Ukraine ¹ 005, the certificate about full membership in Motor Insurers' Bureau of Ukraine ¹ 03-P and due to Law of Ukraine "On compulsory third party liability insurance for land motor vehicles owners".
International contract "Green card" is compulsory at drive by car to the territory of European Union countries and provides the indemnity of any damage, caused to life, health and / or property of injured parties as a result of RTA in the territory of the mentioned countries.
International insurance contracts "Green card" are valid in the territory of the countries, mentioned in such contracts.
There are two kinds of international contracts "Green card", according to the territory of their validity:
All Europe: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, France, Finland, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Iceland, Luxemburg, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Albania, Andorra, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belarus, Croatia, Israel, Iran, Morocco, Moldova, Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Montenegro, Tunisia, Turkey.

Insurance companies are obliged to conclude international insurance contracts "Green card" only in relation to those motor vehicles, which are registered in Ukraine exclusively on the terms and amounts of insurance payments, established by Motor Insurers' Bureau of Ukraine.
