Insured may be any legal entity that is an owner or a producer of commercial agricultural output, regardless of patterns of ownership and business practice; agricultural enterprises, educational and scientific research institutions, factories, cooperative societies, farmers, agricultural economies, located in the territory of Ukraine and those ones that have concluded an insurance Contract with Insurer.
